How Turniej Generator ran the Kraków karate cup

The organizers chose Turniej Generator (TGapp) to run the entire event. With 873 athletes, 1088 starts and more than 73 clubs, the work started long before the first bout:

  • Automatic registration import – the start list came straight from the PZKT federation system, with no names retyped by hand.
  • Schedule and start lists online – athletes, coaches and fans could check them on their phones at any time.
  • Instant certificates – athlete details were printed onto pre-made certificates right after each category’s results were confirmed.
  • Big screen – podium visualizations and a live view of bout statuses throughout the day.

The TGapp team was on site from start to finish, running the multimedia and supporting the technical officials at the mats. Thank you to the organizers for their trust! If you are preparing a similar event, see how to run a karate tournament step by step.
