A season-long basketball league means dozens of games, several gyms, referees to assign every round, and parents who want to see the score and their child’s stats that same evening. Kadet Basket Liga from Oświęcim, Poland, runs its entire 2025/26 season (six competitions and 32 teams) in Turniej Generator’s (tg-app.pl) league system. Results, standings, stats from FIBA scoresheets, and referee assignments reach the league website through a widget, with no manual updates. Here’s how it works and what any basketball league can take from it.

The basketball league widget on the organizer’s website

On kadetbasketliga.pl, the whole season is shown in Turniej Generator’s league widget. The organizer embedded it once, and every new result, table, and stat appears there automatically. Fans get, in one place:

  • a competition switcher: six divisions and leagues, with the number of teams in each,
  • a podium and final standings with game balance, ratio, and team form (recent W/L),
  • a schedule with round and team filters and a compact view, showing which team has a bye,
  • referee assignments for every game: referees, scorer, game clock, and shot clock operators,
  • MVP of the round and MVP voting,
  • links to the stream and scoresheet of every game,
  • tabs for standings, players, player statistics, and upcoming games.

In Divisions 1-2, the Los Angeles Lakers had the best regular-season record (164:71 in points), but Oklahoma City Thunder won the KBL championship final 12:9 on 23 May 2026. Game statistics from the FIBA scoresheet

League games are kept in FIBA Live Stats, and the finished stats report goes into Turniej Generator. Instead of retyping hundreds of numbers, the organizer gets a full public game stats page after every game. For example: MIAMI HEAT vs Los Angeles Lakers, 22:30 (13 May 2026, round 6 of Divisions 1-2).

  • Score by quarter, split into the 4-minute parts of each quarter.
  • Lineups and player stats: minutes, field goals, 2- and 3-pointers and free throws (made/attempted and percentage), offensive and defensive rebounds, assists, turnovers, steals, blocks, fouls, +/-, game MVP, and points.
  • Team stats: ties and lead changes, biggest lead, time leading, best scoring run, bench points, fast-break points, points in the paint, second-chance points, points off turnovers, and points per possession.
  • Stream and scoresheet buttons, plus a link back to the competition.

In that game, the Lakers led for 22:43 of game time, with a biggest lead of 10 points. The lead changed hands four times, and the winners’ bench outscored their opponents’ 9 to 4. Stats from every game add up into season-long player rankings. We explain how to move stats from a scoresheet into your league in our guide to FIBA scoresheet statistics.

Season-long team and player statistics

In the players tab, every team has its own card: a chart of points scored and conceded in each round, a results table showing how each player scored in every game, and season stats for each player: minutes, 2-, 3- and 1-point shots, rebounds, assists, turnovers, blocks, fouls, +/-, MVP awards, and steals. In the School Basketball League, the widget also has a disqualifications tab.

Referee assignments in the league system

The league uses a referee panel with game assignments. Every game shows its crew: first and second referee, scorer, and the game clock and shot clock operators, with any unfilled role clearly marked as “not assigned”. The coordinator sees right away where people are missing, and referees see when and where they’re working. Read more in our post on online referee assignments.
